Now the guy/gal who wrote this letter to BRK– I am just like em.
I have mostly soloed my way to 70 – and I have only run 2-3 dungeon raids in my wow career, although I have done quite a number of 5 man instances. Those raids I ran were PUGS … and they wiped often and horribly – I believe I am attuned for Molten Core … but that’s it really, it happened mostly by accident.
I didn’t plug any time into Outlands dungeons because I wanted to get to 70, then I wanted a flying mount, then that gladiator gear came out for your average PVPer and I thought ‘oohh that’s nice I should start upgrading my gear’.
Now I want to farm Rep with outlands fractions to continue that gearing upgrade…kinda based on BKR was asking recruits to present in *blush* (aye I lurk, sad lurker that I am), so I shall soon be diving into the great world of dungeons, instances … maybe even PUG raids (horror.)
And I have NO idea what I am on about…
I mean I know huntering, basic dungeoneering, and I’ve recently realized that I am speced for raiding … not really PVP – but will any of this help me though a raid situation.
I suspect I am going to need a guild now… but my gear and experience is to sad … not to mention I am an Australian on a US server – I have weird hours … in fact according to a general chat channel quote just by logging on I MAKE hours weird.
(At this hour all the Australians and Koreans log on and they have a weird sense of humor so the chat channel degenerates” quote/unquote – a ‘dunny’ to you Mr. Straight-US :p – Funny thing is I have Australian friends in Korea who play… so maybe all the ‘weirdoes’ are Australian heh heh.)
I suspect I am going to have to conduct ‘research’ & even then without the guild I may be stuffed … unless I learn manage PUG groups … and I don’t really like being the person in charge so to say.
End Game … my personal rubrics cubed dilemma.
